Air intake systems for the façade are essential for effective smoke and heat exhaust (SHEV) in the event of a fire. This is the only way for the physical principle of thermal flow to work successfully. Every SHEV system requires an air intake system in the façade through which fresh air flows near the ground in order to effectively discharge the smoke gases upwards.
JET hereby provides various possibilities for the air intake for fresh air: the JET-surface louvre with horizontal louvres and the JET air intake flaps for profiled sheet metal façade. Controlling is hereby executed either as electric or pneumatic and/or pneumatic or electro-pneumatic. Both systems can also be very easily adapted optically to your building project - e.g. by coating in the RAL colour of your choice.
