Can be utilised either as SHEV flaps or ventilation flaps
Irrespective of whether you are looking for a SHEV flap, a ventilation flap or both for your VARIO-NORM and VARIO-THERM continuous rooflights –the continuous rooflight double flaps are the right choice.
As a SHEV device smoke, heat and toxic gases are dissipated via the double flaps opened to 95°. This means that the area near the floor remains smoke-free and the escape and rescue routes can be passed along safely. All devices are tested and certified according to DIN EN 12101-2 for maximum safety.
If you would also like to utilise the double flaps for natural ventilation, then they can easilybe equipped with the optionally available accessories. Depending on the specification, the opening can be actuated electrically (230 V/AC or 24 V/DC) or pneumatically. Additional accessories such as wind/rain alarm devices and a central closing control system with timer complete our range for you – for maximum safety with maximum comfort.
