The system for roof access and preventive fire protection
The roof exit device DA-EL directly provides you with two special advantages: it combines the comfort of a roof exit with the high safety of a stairwell smoke exhaust system according to LBO. Due to the large opening capacity and the opening angle of approx. 90° in the OPEN position, it not only guarantees effective smoke exhaust in the event of a fire, but can also be used for natural ventilation due to the integrated ventilation function.
The combined roof exit and entry system means that you can benefit from a high level of comfort in terms of access to your roof. You can select a ladder holder from the supplementary equipmentwhich complies with safety level 1 of the BG (Building Employee´s Insurance Liability Association) regulations or a grating with ladder holder which even complies with safety level 2.
