Single flap for saddle continuous rooflights for ventilation and as SHEV
The continuous rooflight single flaps (EKS) with a SHEV opening angle of 65° are designed especially for use in VARIO-THERM-S continuous rooflights.
These flaps can be utilised both for smoke extraction in case of fire (SHEV), as well as for daily ventilation. Depending which application is preferred, either toxic gases and smoke are removed or air is exchanged. In the latter case warm, stale air rises to the top and is routed outside via the flaps. The devices are tested and certified according to DIN EN 12101-2 for utilisation as SHEV.
The corresponding supplementary devices are integrated for use as ventilation flaps. The ventilation options are actuated either electrically or pneumatically and, with additional accessories such as wind/rain alarm devices or central closing control system with timer, you are especiallyconvenient.
